As a founding partner of Nurtura Group, I work with business owners across education, health and social care to help them scale strategically and grow sustainably.

Our mission is to unlock the full potential of small and mid-sized businesses by bringing them into a collaborative ecosystem where they can access the resources, partnerships, and strategic guidance they need to thrive.

With a background that bridges entrepreneurship, education, and commercial leadership, I bring a unique, people-centred approach to business development. From improving internal structures and leadership capacity to helping owners think bigger about their markets, I support business leaders through every stage of growth.

My career began with launching an Outdoor Adventure Education business that

helped young offenders build resilience and confidence in the wilds of the North York

Moors.

From there, I trained as a teacher, gained leadership experience with Marks and Spencer PLC, and went on to build three successful adventure centres delivering leadership programmes to organisations such as Sony, British Airways, and many City Councils I was honoured to consult for the London 2012 Olympics on access and inclusion in sport and the outdoors.

Today, I remain passionate about creating positive change—whether in schools as a senior pastoral leader, or in business as a mentor and strategist. My work in education spans some of the most challenging and diverse environments in the UK, from inner-city London to rural coastal schools.
